What a week that was! From age 4 upwards, the Limelight Theatre Company children certainly did well in this youth group production of the popular musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at The Maddermarket Theatre in Norwich May 31st – June 3rd.
Playing to enthusiastic audiences for a total of 5 performances, the children grew in confidence during the week. Have a look at some of the comments we have received:
Loved the performance last night, was a real feel good show, made us laugh.
….. is looking forward to his next show, I will make sure Sarah keeps us up to date so he can join in again if he can and keen!! He loved taking part, thanks for the amazing experience and fingers crossed the love of singing and acting stays with him.

Well done to everyone I’m sure there’s going to be some stars amongst you.
To all parents, carers and families of the Cast of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, your children and young people are an absolute credit to every one of you. They have been a delight and a pleasure to work with over the last 8 weeks, every single one of them! I know you will be brimming with pride at seeing them shine on stage this week but also know that their hard work, dedication and good humour off-stage has been just as wonderful. They are quite simply the best group I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

The Next Steps has done wonders for my son. He started the classes to get his confidence up ready for nursery and a year on is taking part in their production of Joseph! Sarah is an amazing teacher and has really got him out of his shell. Can’t recommend Limelight enough 🙂

I just wanted to say thanks again for continuing drama on line on Saturdays. I am so impressed with Hayley’s delivery of the class. Although she didn’t want to take part last week due to feeling rubbish Amelia especially enjoyed today’s lesson, it has really lifted her mood. Please pass my thanks to Hayley.
